Known for putting humorous lyrics to classic tunes, Venus brings its unique sound and brand of humor to audiences throughout the Washington, D.C. area, including Strathmore Hall, The Kennedy Center, The Birchmere, Lisner Auditorium, George Mason University, Glen Echo Park, and Jammin’ Java. By day, the women of Venus do classic inside-the-Beltway things for non-profits, government agencies, Fortune 500’s, small businesses, and consulting firms. But together, with their multi-part arrangements and the occasional glass of sauv blanc in hand, they serve up some of the best a cappella fare in town.
